The whole experience was much easier than I could have imagined and the staff went to great lengths to help in all ways possible.... Thank you to EVERYONE who helped me through this process of my mom's passing. Right from notice and getting mum, to all final decisions,... The staff was very accommodating in every way. I would recommend them in your time of need.
The staff/owner was visibly rude when it took more than 2-5 minutes to gather the family for the walk through prior to the church service. I felt as though we were more of a burden than a patron. This is the cost to purchase a burial vault from the funeral home.

This is generally required if you would like to hold a viewing and visitation at the funeral home or if you will be needing any assistance from the staff. Never hesitate to reach out by phone or send us an email. If you want to come into the funeral home for assistance, please make an appointment as we are often not in the building. Often times, we are out in the community helping families and certainly don't want to miss your visit. We offer some specific services and environmentally friendly funeral products. To do from the point they picked my mother up and the man said it was okay just get some rest and meet him the next day. After going home myself along with my family meet the next day and they walked us from one point all the way thought it. The night of the visitation it was a pack house and every one was on top of their job. Family and friends all told me how great everyone was. I am proud to say I picked cornerstone funeral home.

When the owner was gathering information, I felt as if I was on trial for being married twice, and having more than two children. I was nearly browbeaten for giving some personal info. Looked at sternly, and when speaking although I was paying the bill, I was many times not asked or even addressed about important things. It was obvious that payment was a very important topic and made very clear, numerous times, that nothing would be done unless payment was immediately and given prior to servicing.

The word "Kornerstone" was chosen because of its significnace. "Kornerstone" refers to the essential first stone set in a building's foundation, which affects the placement of every stone in the entire structure. Made this process so much easier and we could not be more thankful for his expertise, experience, and grace. He truly made this tragic experience more bearable and his advice allowed us to capture memories we will forever cherish.
